The TUI terminal currently opens as a right-side pane beside the session. I'd like an option to place it below the session instead.
A bottom terminal would let the session transcript, code, and diffs keep the full terminal width while still providing an interactive shell. This is especially useful on wide/high-resolution displays, where the terminal usually needs less horizontal space than the session.
I think both layouts are useful, so the existing right-side layout could remain the default, with an optional bottom layout.
Ideally, the divider would remain resizable, adjusting terminal height instead of width when using the bottom layout.
