Summary

Fix a duplicated word in the issue lifecycle diagram in the contributor documentation.

The graphviz diagram in docs/contributing/issues.rst labels the three transitions into the Waiting for: Milestone state with Ready to to be worked on. The duplicated to is a typo, and it appears three times (lines 95, 100 and 102):

"Waiting for: Triage" -> "Waiting for: Milestone" [label="Ready to to be worked on"];

This PR changes all three occurrences to Ready to be worked on.

Scope

Documentation-only change, 3 lines in a single file. No code, no behaviour, no translations touched.

Verification

  • The diagram is a static graphviz block; only the label= attribute of three edges changed, so the rendered graph structure is unchanged.
  • Confirmed no other file in docs/ contains the duplicated wording (grep -rn "Ready to to" docs/).
  • Confirmed no currently open upstream PR modifies docs/contributing/issues.rst, so there is no overlap with work in progress.
