Completeness bar not related to "Translated" value? #20095
Only translations that pass quality checks should count towards the "100% translated" status.
From my individual perspective I would disagree on that. The quality checks are often false positive. I would ignore them when counting "translated" strings. Translated is translated no matter if a check fails or not; for me.
The current situation, after this is fixed here, is confusing to me and maybe some other users. It somehow should be more explicit what "translated" means.
Alternatively, there should be a separate status or warning indicating that some translations failed quality checks.
This, or add a tool tip to the translated column describing exactly what is counted. The current tool tip "Sort this column" has not much value and can IMHO be replaced.
Overall I think we should come back to indicating translated strings with failing checks somehow in the progress bar. Here comes the accessibility issue: we need to design a UI that will work well for all the users. See #4985 for related discussion.
