Currently, TKM is not compatible with compressed DCD format, which is currently supported by Tinker.
Proposed Feature
Add support for reading and processing compressed DCD trajectory files in TinkerModeller. This would improve compatibility with existing Tinker workflows and provide users with more flexibility in handling trajectory data.
