fix(ui): normalize provider logo sizing

Provider icons in the open_workspace card had inconsistent optical sizes because their SVG canvases used very different amounts of padding. This normalizes the provider SVG viewBoxes so the shared 16px renderer can stay uniform: OpenAI and Pi read larger, while OpenCode and Cursor read slightly smaller, with Claude unchanged.

This also adds a repo-local setup-qa skill that captures the DevSpace-specific worktree QA flow (.devspace-dev, dev:seed, build:app, and dev:reset) so future experiments can get to manual ChatGPT QA without rediscovering the setup.
