docs: make QuickStart page consistent with VictoriaMetrics and VictoriaLogs

The current https://docs.victoriametrics.com/victoriatraces/quick-start structure differs from corresponding pages of VictoriaMetrics and VictoriaTraces. It would be great to make it consistent.
