Remove the Workflows quickstart, overview, and 6 example pages from the docs.yml navigation (files kept on disk). Re-point 8 existing redirects that targeted those pages and add 8 new page-specific redirects, all to /workflows/legacy-migration. Only the migration guide remains in nav. Remove Vapi Workflows product references from in-nav pages: inbound handler pickers (Assistant/Squad only), CLI capability lists and examples, structured-output attach targets, the custom-tools "In Workflows" section, the multilingual-agent workflow build-out, the support-escalation next-step link, and workflow-node language in the debugging and call troubleshooting/recording pages.
