Could not pass event EntityChangeBlockEvent to Towny when using a sand duper

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Towny plugin on a server using Lophine (one fork of Folia)
2. Run a sand duper
3. See error on the console

What is the expected output?

No error of Towny on console

Towny version

Towny v0.103.0.7

Server version

Lophine 26.1.2-582@cefaa4a
