Automatically create a PR when there is a change to the helix endpoint docs to prevent drift. Once the script that scrapes the eventsub gets merged in, it will be trivial to add it to the
Generate Endpoint Docsstep.This is part of what I believe should be one for #71 to prevent issues long term and missed changes from twitch.
You can see a PR that it generated here, wwsean08#1 (from before I picked it out and slightly modified the wording)
