Currently, TEAMMATES sends feedback session emails automatically for instructors.
We want to provide an option for instructors to send emails themselves without relying on an external email sending service (e.g. Mailjet, SMTP etc.)
One approach is to utilize the mail merge feature and let instructors download the data source as a CSV file for bulk email sending. This CSV file should contain personalized details such as username, email, links and general details such as course details, session details, and support email.
