Problem and repair
Two real Gemini A2A runs shared a session ID/start time across different workspaces. Their transcript IDs were distinct, but raw-document IDs omitted account/workspace: one import failed on duplicate creation and another pair shared a mutable raw-document pointer.
Include exact account/workspace scope in raw identity using a private digest. Preserve identities across transcript growth. Refresh a corrected raw-document reference even when the bytes and file-copy pointer are unchanged, retaining transcript history and dates. Existing source artefacts remain retained; repair only canonically identified affected items.
Validation and delivery
Release decision: ready after required CI; the paused DGX batch resumes only after narrow activation and selective canonical repair. Full-batch reconciliation will check each raw document hash against its transcript source hash.
