Refreshing an imported conversation after a parser update lost its direct raw-file reference because unchanged ingestion receipts omitted the existing file-copy ID. Preserve that ID through classification and receipt generation. Advance the importer version so previously affected projections refresh through the canonical path.
Validation: 45 ingestion, parser, batch and authenticated-route tests pass. The unchanged-ingestion regression now exercises real classification and checks retained file identity without mutations; the dry-run fixture also avoids an unrelated live MongoDB dependency. A DGX pilot exposed the issue during canonical raw-custody reconciliation; the full batch remains paused until the repair is activated and read back.
Merge decision changes — ready after the targeted suite; this preserves existing custody references without re-uploading or rewriting source bytes.
