The earlier evidence record ended with inaccessible source-image bytes. The regenerated assignment now resolves the parent and stages the original checksum-verified screenshot, closing that context-access blocker.
Records a snapshot-derived reconciliation of 0 VS Code and 2 DGX unread incoming messages, with private message IDs retained only in local run evidence. Distinguishes the unavailable historical 17/54 identity set from current observations, recognises PR #675's existing navigation repair, and identifies the remaining individual-message filtering gap for a controller-owned follow-up.
Validation: 88 targeted backend tests, 24 frontend tests, and the existing unread-navigation browser fixture at 390px/1280px passed. Documentation only; no live message writes or deployment.
