Task-card organisation chips now resolve represented names and use the existing language-aware shortest-name selector. Full membership labels remain available in tooltips and the inspector; failed or empty lookups retain the existing label. Requests are shared per organisation and cleared on scope changes.
Addresses JVNAUTOSCI-2759 / #V#task_agent_123cfdbd3811303013415391a53b9602.
Validation: 9 focused concept-link/layout tests pass, including SAIL, a second organisation, language preference, single/empty names and failed reads. Static lint passes with three existing unused-catch warnings. Playwright at 390px using candidate JS/CSS and synthetic API fixtures shows SAIL and RI in single-line chips without overflow (45px and 32px widths, 23px heights). This is fixture rendering evidence, not authenticated live-data acceptance. Evidence retained in the worker's .run/2759.
Merge decision: ready; scoped presentation improvement with retained fallbacks and passing card-navigation tests. No deployment requested.
