Allow build_templates to stack family traces as a weighted average (manual plausibility weights from template_weights_file), never derived from the cross-correlation; default stays the arithmetic mean.

Option issue du stage :
build_templatespeut construire le template comme une moyenne pondérée des traces de la famille (weighted_template_average), avec des poids de plausibilité manuels lus depuistemplate_weights_file. Les poids ne sont jamais dérivés de la NCC, pour éviter un biais d'auto-réalisation. Le défaut reste la moyenne arithmétique. Tests ajoutés.Marius
