Closes #499

Summary

Apple targets stopped compiling when libc 0.2.190 removed its daemon binding. Restore the Darwin symbol mapping used by the system library and update Cargo.lock to libc 0.2.190 so locked builds cover the affected release.

Verification

  • cargo fmt -- --check — passed
  • cargo check --locked --lib --target aarch64-apple-darwin — passed
  • MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=26.0 cargo build --bin cc-switch — passed
  • x86_64 Apple SDK link check for daemon$1050 — passed
