What this PR does / why we need it:

The cherry-pick in #6421 broke tox/test collection: tests/storage/cdi_import/conftest.py imports from utilities.constants.images, utilities.constants.networking, utilities.constants.storage, and utilities.constants.timeouts, but on this branch utilities/constants.py is a flat module, not a package — those submodules don't exist here. This caused a ModuleNotFoundError during pytest collection for the whole tests/storage/cdi_import package.

This PR consolidates those imports into a single from utilities.constants import (...) statement, matching this branch's actual module layout.

I couldn't push this fix directly to the PR's branch (no write access to RedHatQE's repo), so opening it as a separate PR against the same branch.
