S3 Perf (38.3.1.16): Record the metadata of a video carrying a track the MP4 reader does not recognize - #1135
An MP4 or QuickTime video with a track the MP4 reader cannot name, such as a timecode track, got no video metadata even when it had a video track, since that one track failed the whole file. Such a video now gets its video track's duration, width, and height, on oxen add and on workspace uploads alike, self-hosted and on Oxen.ai. A video with several video tracks gets the metadata of the one with the lowest track ID, where it took whichever the reader listed first, which could differ from one run to the next.
A video whose movie header has a timescale of 0 now gets no metadata instead of panicking.

Sentry: OXEN-SERVER-4M
Improved video detection when files contain tracks with unrecognized types, selecting the lowest-ID video track when multiple video tracks are present.
Files without an identifiable video track now return an error.
Video duration is calculated from movie timing information with safer arithmetic. Invalid timing values, including a zero timescale, now return an error instead of producing an unreliable duration.
Video metadata extraction now calculates duration from the MP4 movie header with checked arithmetic. It selects the video track with the lowest ID and skips tracks with unrecognized types. Tests cover unrecognized timecode tracks and zero-timescale headers.

Duration and video track selection crates/liboxen/src/repositories/metadata/video.rs
Duration is calculated from the movie header with checked multiplication and division. Track selection skips unrecognized track types and chooses the video track with the lowest ID. Tests verify behavior for an unrecognized timecode track and a zero-timescale header.
Oxen-AI/Oxen#1103: This PR changes the same stream-based MP4 extraction introduced by #1103.
Oxen-AI/Oxen#1106: This PR changes video behavior in the shared metadata inspection flow.
Oxen-AI/Oxen#1113: This PR changes MP4 extraction used by the shared pipeline for in-memory upload inspection.

The change is mergeable; adding an assertion through the repository metadata entrypoint would better protect the no-metadata contract.

Explanation
The title names a specific change: recording metadata for a video that carries an unrecognized track. The raw summary says the extraction now falls back to the video track and the tests cover a timecode-style unrecognized track, so the title matches the main change. It does not mention the zero-timescale error handling or the lowest-track-ID selection, which is acceptable for a title. The title is long (102 characters) and includes a ticket-style prefix, but it is not vague or unrelated.

Explanation
The description explains the problem: an MP4 or QuickTime video with an unrecognized track, such as a timecode track, got no video metadata. It states the fix, which records the video track's duration, width, and height. It also covers the lowest-track-ID selection for multiple video tracks and the zero-timescale change that now returns no metadata instead of panicking. This matches the changeset in crates/liboxen/src/repositories/metadata/video.rs.

`get_metadata` into a helper that accepts simple track records and selects the
lowest track ID, independent of iteration order. Add a deterministic helper test
with ID 2 before ID 1 that verifies ID 1 is selected, while keeping the existing
`two_videos_timecode.mp4` test for unknown track-type parsing.

Assert zero-timescale metadata through the repository entrypoint, not only the video helper.
The new test calls super::get_metadata in video.rs. It checks only that the helper returns Err. The PR states that a zero-timescale video should produce no metadata. The repository metadata path converts that error into no metadata. If that conversion regressed and the error propagated, this test would still pass. The test comment says the file "fails to give metadata," but the assertion does not check that outcome. Add an assertion through the repository metadata entrypoint that the result is no metadata. Keep the helper Err check if the helper-level behavior should also stay covered.

Extend the zero-timescale test near `get_metadata` to exercise the repository
metadata entrypoint and assert that it returns no metadata; retain the
helper-level `Err` assertion if it remains useful coverage. Use the same
modified video bytes so the test verifies the repository path’s
error-to-no-metadata behavior.
