Index, read, and edit a data frame that only a workspace has - #1134
A data frame that existed only as a staged file in a workspace, such as a copy, could not be indexed, and once indexed it could be neither read through the workspace data frame endpoint nor edited, so a client could not write rows into a copy before committing it.
Index a path the workspace's base commit lacks from the workspace's staged entry
Read an indexed data frame the base commit lacks with its staged schema
Keep a data frame the base commit lacks staged as added when its rows or columns are edited

- Read an indexed data frame the base commit lacks with its staged schema
- Keep a data frame the base commit lacks staged as added when its rows or columns are edited
- Add tests
Workspace-only copies of tabular files can now be indexed and read with their staged column information, including when paging through results.
Editing a copied CSV and committing the workspace now preserves the original file’s row count while retaining the added row in the copy.
Workspace data-frame operations now handle copied files that exist only in staged workspace entries. The changes cover file modification, indexing, and schema lookup for reads. Tests verify that edits to a copied CSV are committed to the copy and that a copied data frame can be paged.
p_modify_file now retains the status of a staged file when it is absent from the base commit. Tests copy and edit a CSV, then verify that the committed copy has two rows while the original has one.
Workspace data-frame indexing and reads crates/liboxen/src/core/v_latest/workspaces/data_frames.rs, crates/oxen-server/src/controllers/workspaces/data_frames.rs
Indexing falls back to the staged file node when the base commit has no file. Reads fall back to the staged schema when the committed schema is absent or the lookup reports PathDoesNotExist. A test verifies paging on a copied data frame.

Assert the committed row values, not only the row count.
The fixture creates table.csv with x=1, y=2, and the test adds x=3, y=4 to edited.csv. The current assertion checks only that edited.csv has two rows. A changed or replaced row would still pass. Assert the committed contents of edited.csv to cover value persistence.
