Remove files generated by `freezed` package once c2logbook is published

Tech Debt was created in bc70816 that should get removed again once this package gets put on pub.dev

This will require a build pipeline with an intermediate step for generating these freezed files so they can be published to pub.dev without being committed - thus providing existing users relying on path dependencies with a migration path
