docs: NA51089 pad-mux verified on hardware (#237)

Docs only. #237's reporter ran the merged build on an NT98566: reginfo --pads agreed with the kernel's /proc/nvt_info/nvt_pinmux/pinmux_summary on every pad, and claimed no pad the kernel had not configured. The comparison is in #237 (comment) and the replies after it.

docs/padmux.md said no Novatek die had been run on hardware. It now records NA51089 as verified. NA51055, NA51084 and the Novatek GPIO controller remain unverified.
