Using --rolling-shutter and --split together causes "opensfm create_tracks" to crash

When the --rolling-shutter option is used on a local split-merge run (--split), the spawned opensfm create_tracks command crashes on the second submodel.

Here are the last few lines of log output. This happens after reconstruction has finished for the second time on submodel_0000, just as opensfm create_tracks is starting on submodel_0001.

Hi, thank you for the analysis and the logs. This is an interesting case; most likely, some stale files are the root cause. However, this is such an old version of OpenSfM that it is not worth debugging now, especially when we are close to releasing OpenSfM v1.1. If this still reproduces, then we will tackle it.
