This is a collection of tools and scripts used to prepare and analyze CIB data to determine presensce/absence of animals as well as the overlap of encounters with anthropogenic noise.
It is recommended that you set up an Anaconda Virtual Environment. You may need to install pandas and numpy if they are not provided. Jupyter Notebooks is the recommended IDE for running the iPython Notebooks. These are primarily used in the analyses. The .py files primarily used for data prep should be run as scripts (suggest using Spider).
