Add CAIP-19 metadata for Osobot (OSO) at 0xc78fAbC2cB5B9cf59E0Af3Da8E3Bc46d47753A4e on Base (eip155:8453). Uses the official token image from osoknows.com/oso. Verified on-chain name, symbol, and decimals. OSO is only deployed on Base per CoinGecko and project documentation. Co-authored-by: Prithpal Sooriya <prithpal.sooriya@gmail.com>
