OSC 8 links from Claude open nothing (xterm's default confirm() and a denied window.open) #169

From the Claude-Code-in-Prism-Terminal compatibility research (2026-10-10). The cause is on Prism Terminal's side (or xterm.js's, worked around in PT), not Claude Code's.

What the user sees: Clicking a link Claude prints as a hyperlink (for example "PR #165") shows a confirm box and then opens nothing. A right click also triggers it.

Fix idea: Add a linkHandler: a left click on an http(s) link calls termApi().openExternal(uri). Paint OSC 8 cells in the link colour too.
