Closes #128. Deletes duplicates engine EI and ambient condition files held in
input_data/.=DEFAULT=flag for correctness but as they were not testing the values ofInput background condition (string)norInput engine emissions (string)this is a no-op.examples/issl_rhi140/input.yamlis updated to use the=DEFAULT=flag as well, results are bitwise identical because the files are the same.
