[Feature Request] Install to system intead user folder for windows

This is a low priority feature request to allow the installation of this to a unified system path for Windows.
ie. C:/Program Files/Affinity Script Manager

This way all users on a PC can reference the same path as well as for other pipeline tools to have a definitive path across mulitple machines/users to launch the application.

An addition/alternative to this would also be to add custom extra folders lookups to the library menu category. It actually took me a while to figure out where the location of the MyScripts folder was in order to plop my own scripts in there for continual edits and updates and pushing to affinity. If I can add my own folders from a path shared across users/networks then it solves half the requirements for putting self developed scripts on version control.
