Summary

Block destructive Bash process substitutions (<(...) and >(...)) by recursively inspecting their commands.
Bound retained trace/span names, metadata, and error payloads by UTF-8 byte limits, with visible truncation for strings.

Verification

Reproduced the process-substitution bypass and missing TraceCollector limits with failing tests before the fix.
Focused Vitest: 129 tests passed.
npm run lint passed with existing warnings.
npm run typecheck passed.
