Can't get rid of the warning regarding command line tools as I'm on the most recent one I can install on macOS 15.x. The more recent ones detected by Homebrew can't be installed on this macOS version.

Verification

• I ran brew update twice and am still able to reproduce my issue.
• I have supplied my brew doctor output above and it seems unrelated to my issue.
• This issue's title and/or description do not reference a single formula e.g. brew install wget. If they do, open an issue at https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/issues/new/choose instead.
• I did not use AI/LLM to create this issue, or I disclosed the tool and model used; I will answer maintainer questions myself without AI/LLM.

What were you trying to do (and why)?

Just routine upgrades, and then the issue reporting

What happened (include all command output)?

A simple brew upgrade produces from one to three warnings for the same verified parameter in the url stanza.

The message could appear up to three times before we confirm the upgrade. I could not confirm reliably that each time it appears two or three times instead of one, nor could I understand in which situation we would get more. After that, it appeared one more time after we confirmed the upgrade.

Please note that despite the corresponding Tap having the :verified twice (one for ARM, one for x86), all these warnings were referring to the exact same line, for ARM (currently using an ARM mac).

Also note that, while filing this issue I found out the warning also appearing twice in the brew doctor report (see the block above), both at the top and the bottom of the report.
