Webpage with no Fortran code

I have a slightly unusual request. I am developing a simple webpage for the Fortran index hackathon series. Given that the series is focused on knowledge exchange for Fortran community tooling, I figured that FORD would be a good candidate for making the webpage. I made a start in fortran-index/fortran-index#48.

There isn't currently any Fortran code in the repo, so I had to add something for FORD to build successfully. Would it be possible to remove this requirement so that arbitrary Fortran source doesn't need to be added?

We could probably make it a warning instead. Although if you really don't intend to add any Fortran code, there are much better static site generators out there! Seeing as you're just building and deploying on GitHub, using their Pages is not a bad idea
