I am a new cartool user and trying to load a single eeg file and start segmenting it for microstates analysis. the files size is 29.1 MB and it's a brainvision .eeg file. I can load it in the viewer and see the eeg data but when I attempt to segment the entire file for microstates analysis, regardless of the parameters I include I receive the message: "some operations requested too much memory, try breaking up your processing into smaller steps! Program is going to crash, sorry about that...". I've been running cartool on my university's computing cluster which is unix based with wine 11.14 Ubuntu 24.04 OS using the latest version of cartool at 64bit.
I have also tried to run the segmented data on a PC with 32GB and cartool also crashes there but without the error message. Thank you for any advice.
