Description
Updates the Test connection section of the Sensei AI Model Settings page. For Amazon Bedrock with static keys and an API Base URL (a VPC or FIPS endpoint) set, Test connection now sends a minimal request to the configured model through that endpoint instead of listing the region's foundation models. That is the endpoint scans and fixes use. Without an API Base URL, the page's existing description still applies.
It also extends the saved-key rule to Bedrock: changing the API Base URL needs the AWS Secret Access Key entered again, and a saved Session Token is cleared unless it is entered again. Test Connection follows the same rule.
