…group members open their own groups Changing or removing a Member who holds the Owner role now takes the same permission as granting Owner. A Member of a user group sees the groups they belong to and can open those groups' pages without the View Group configuration permission; group history keeps that permission. Description
Updates the user management docs for two permission changes.
set_user_permissions.md,create_user_group.md): changing the role of a member who holds the Owner role, or removing that member, now takes the same permission as making someone an Owner. By default only Owners and Superusers hold it. For anyone else, an Owner's role cannot be changed and the member cannot be removed.create_user_group.md): a member of a user group sees the groups they belong to under Settings > Users & Permissions > Groups and can open those groups' pages without the View Group configuration permission. What they can change there depends on their role in the group. Seeing every group still needs View Group, and a group's history also keeps that permission because it lists the group's past asset and organization roles. The old note that a new member cannot open their own group page is replaced.English only; the translated copies are generated.
