Description

Documents a new Triage Engine scope filter: a Finding rule can be scoped to where a Finding was seen, by hostname, IP address or CIDR network, entered in the Findings list's Endpoints or Locations column filter and stored as the location_host scope filter.

Adds a "Scoping a rule to servers or subnets" section to Triage Engine > Building Rules: what each kind of entry matches, that entries combine with OR, that a malformed network is rejected on save, and that the Accept Risk node's simple mode only accepts Findings on Assets with Simple Risk Acceptance enabled.

Pairs with the Pro change that adds the filter (same release line, dev).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Document the host / IP address / CIDR network entry in the Findings list's Endpoints and
Locations column filter, which the Triage Engine stores as the `location_host` scope filter,
and the Simple Risk Acceptance prerequisite for the Accept Risk node's simple mode.
