…er and Sync Manage Operations: the page reloads its records and operations when a manual Discover or Sync finishes (no manual refresh), the Status column and filter include Pending, and a new section explains the two common refusals (the three-a-minute limit and an unreachable connectors service). Manage Records: the empty Editing Records link points at Change the Mapping of a Record, and the row menu is the three-dot menu next to the State, not a blue arrow. Updates the upstream connector docs:
connectors/upstream/manage_operations.md: removes "refresh the page". A manual Discover or Sync runs in the background and the page reloads its Records and Operations when it finishes. The connectors service runs one operation at a time across all Connectors, so a manual run can wait behind another one; the page keeps checking for up to two hours and then asks the reader to refresh later. Adds Pending to the Status values, and a new "When a manual run is refused" section (the three-per-minute throttle, and the connectors service being unreachable).connectors/upstream/manage_records.md: fixes the empty "Editing Records" link (now points to "Change the Mapping of a Record") and replaces the stale "blue arrow" wording with the record's menu next to its State.Test results
Documentation only, no code. Every link and anchor the change adds resolves within the docs tree, and the added text has no em dashes or version-specific wording.
