Description
Adds one sentence to
admin/user_management/set_user_permissions.md: when adding a member or editing a member's role, the Owner role is only listed for users who are themselves allowed to grant it, such as Owners and Superusers. The page previously implied Owner was always selectable.Test results
Documentation only, no code. Every link and anchor the change adds resolves within the docs tree, and the added text has no em dashes or version-specific wording.
