[Feature request]: Load carbontracker responses in background + cache

Problem

It takes quite some time to load data from carbontracker.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Enable showing other data first. Load carbontracker data in background - display when ready
2. Cache/Store carbontracker responses in a CRD
