Reported regression
This addresses the regression introduced by commit ce9b382, which caused the
existing one-band Sri Lanka soil raster to be rejected by the current Pythia
versions.
Existing users do not need to preprocess their soil input. The legacy
ggcmi_soils_2.tif,GHR.db, and associated.SOLfiles remain supported.
