This repository contains Opentrons OT-2 and OT-Flex protocols, shared custom labware definitions, and supporting tools used in the DAMP Lab.

• protocols/ – All robot protocols
  • OT-2/ contains OT-2 protocols
  • OT-Flex/ contains OT-Flex protocols
• custom_labware/ – Shared custom labware definitions
• tools/ – Tools and utilities (e.g., colony picking generator)
• docs/ – Documentation and notes
• templates/ – Protocol templates

OT-2 vs OT-Flex

• OT-2 protocols go in protocols/OT-2/
• OT-Flex protocols go in protocols/OT-Flex/
