Subtitle synchronization can now be driven entirely by periodically syncing with the video/audio playback's position. In some cases, this is more accurate than letting
SubtitleControllerhandle the sync process via theplayandpauseAPIs.Test cases have also been updated for more coverage and in preparation for 1.0.0 release.
