[BUG] - Permission Denied Exception on executing Minify JS action

Describe the bug
When trying to minify a js file.
Netbeans gives an exception:
java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/home/xxxx/.netbeans/minifierbeans/custom-packages/google-closure-compiler" (in directory "/mnt/xxx/Projects/xxx"): error=13, Permission denied

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to file
2. Right click
3. Click minify js
4. See error

Expected behavior
a minified js file

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux (Pop!OS)
• NetBeans version: 12.6
• JDK version [e.g. JDK 9]
  openjdk version "11.0.16" 2022-07-19
  OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.16+8-post-Ubuntu-0ubuntu122.04)
  OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0.16+8-post-Ubuntu-0ubuntu122.04, mixed mode, sharing)

Thx for the Ticket. Unfortunately I don't have linux to test it. But it seems something with permissions. If you have any idea to check which user and which permissions the folder in your ticket has /home/xxxx/.netbeans/minifierbeans/custom-packages/google-closure-compiler and maybe an other unrelated folder to check the permissions, that would be very helpful.

#92 this has worked for me: chmod a+x ~/.netbeans/minifierbeans/custom-packages/google-closure-compiler
