Plugin doesn't support Cyrillic path [BUG]

Describe the bug
I have a cyrillic path to my NB project. When plugin ties to compile JS files it doesn't minify them with such an error:
ERROR - [JSC_READ_ERROR] Cannot read file D:/YandexDisk/��� ���������/���������/NetBeansProjects/Korekozevo-24/templates/simple_blank/themes/korekozevo/js/korekozevo.js
I typed full path to cleat my problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Replace or create some project to folder named with non-Latin symbols
2. Create or open existing JS file
3. Try to minnify it.
4. See error

Expected behavior
I've tried to change project encoding to UTF-8 or windows-1251 - no result

Ähm first, please have a look into the issue section whether this was already a problem (opened/closed) second, you are the initial author of exact this problem: #90 We already had this.

Hey @Ilya-Zhulin I have good news for you, I worked on a workaround for this. I will release it soon. I already tested it and it worked quite well.
