These changes enable the use of closures in purecap builds of the library. The
dlmalloc.cused for closure allocations has been replaced with the purecap version from CTSRD-CHERI/dlmalloc_nonreuse, modified to include the executable mapping information. The code pointers to the trampolines are also returned as sentries.
