Adds an account API setup guide and direct registration, API-key and credit links across all 13 homepage locales. Updates getting started, wallet setup, configuration, pricing, FAQ, model/proxy docs and llms.txt to explain account billing, wallet-only capabilities, authoritative account usage, release prerequisites and Solana-first onboarding.
Validation: frozen npm install, ESLint, TypeScript, final production build; all 13 prerendered homepages contain the account links and the new docs page is generated. Browser spot checks confirmed the account guide and Chinese signup section. No runtime payment flow, deployment or publication was changed; the site's wallet demonstration remains a wallet flow. Dependency audit reported existing advisories; dependency versions/lockfile were not changed.
