The CLI previously required a Base wallet before inference, media and data commands and described accounts/API keys as unsupported. Add a shared account credential layer to @blockrun/core and route CLI model, media, data and account
apicommands through the API-key-aware TypeScript SDK.login --stdin,logout,status,doctor,balance,fundandspendnow distinguish account billing from wallet settlement. Account credentials are stored in the shared mode-0600 file, restricted to one configured origin, never follow redirects, strip payment headers and never fall back to wallet payment on 401/402/429. Arbitrary third-partypayremains wallet-only. Sub-products inherit the configured account environment. New wallet selection is Solana-first while saved selections and Base-only wallets retain Base.Validation: build and typecheck pass for both packages; 62 tests pass; core and CLI tarballs contain their new runtime files. Live temporary-key acceptance passes for CLI status, model catalog, run/chat, and the generic account API command, using an isolated home and leaving no key file.
Release dependency: TypeScript SDK #36 must ship and @blockrun/llm must be updated from ^3.10.0 before this PR can be published. The live validation linked its exact review checkout. Current npm dependencies do not yet provide account mode. Some existing CLI media/data wallet commands still require Base; the account path covers them now and incompatible Solana wallet use fails explicitly.
