Server-example of using IfcDb library

Requirements

• install MsSQL Server
  Any another database can be used, but you should change "ConnectionStrings" in Server/appsetting.json, install package with database provider and configure DbContext in startup.cs
• framework version - .NET 6.0
  Version can be changed by yourself
