Adds the Terraform quickstart sample for Secure Pod Traffic with Network Policies in AKS.
This sample demonstrates how to deploy an AKS cluster with Azure CNI Overlay and Cilium network policy enforcement and verify pod-to-pod traffic using Kubernetes NetworkPolicy.
The sample includes:
Terraform configuration for the AKS deployment
A README with prerequisites, deployment, verification, and cleanup steps
The NetworkPolicy manifest used to test pod-to-pod traffic
This migration preserves the intent and functionality of the original AKS Terraform sample.
