A single-page Progressive Web App that replaces paper/PDF forms for Norwest Crane Hire (NCH) and Norwest Personnel (NWP). Employees pick their company, fill out the form and sign it on their phone, the app generates a PDF that closely matches the original company form, and it's shared straight to the right admin inbox for that company.

- 📱 Installable PWA — add to home screen, works fully offline after the first load (service worker caches the app shell + PDF library).
- 🏢 Company-aware — a first-open picker (NCH or NWP) drives which timesheet layout, logo, and admin email get used; switchable anytime.
- 🗓️ Auto-filled week — pick a "Week Ending" date and all 7 daily dates populate automatically.
- 🔢 Job number lookup — selecting a client auto-fills the correct job number for that month from a live company spreadsheet.
- ✍️ On-screen signature — required before you can download or submit.
- 💾 Autosaves as you go — fill in Monday, close the tab, come back Friday and pick up right where you left off (works the same whether it's installed or just open in the browser).
- 📄 PDF generation — produces a PDF that closely replicates the original paper form for whichever company/form is active, including job details, daily hour totals, allowance calculations, and (for NWP) the Higher Duties/Leading Hand/Heavy Rigging/Meal allowance section.
- 🌴 Leave Application — a separate tab for the NCH leave/R&R/travel form, shared by both companies since there's no separate NWP version.
- 🎓 NWP Training & Medical/D&A claim forms — two extra tabs, NWP only, for the Training Payment Claim and Medical/D&A Allowance Claim forms.
- 📤 One-tap submit — uses the Web Share API to hand the finished PDF straight to your phone's Gmail app, ready to send.
- 🔁 Start new week / Clear leave form — resets the timesheet or leave form for a fresh submission while keeping your name, signature, and (for the leave form) your frequent flyer numbers saved.
- 📅 Smart leave day counting — leave day totals count weekdays only and skip WA public holidays by default (toggleable), except R&R which always counts calendar days.

Open the live app on your phone.

First time you open it, pick your company (NCH or NWP) — you can switch anytime from the bottom of the page.

Install it to your home screen for the best experience — tap the ⋮ menu (top right in Chrome) → Install and create shortcut → confirm:

Fill in your name, week ending date, hours for each day, and sign at the bottom.

Hit Submit & Send — it copies the admin email to your clipboard and opens Gmail with your timesheet attached, just paste the email in and send.

Works offline once installed, so you can fill it out even with no signal and send when you're back in range.
No account or login required. This is an independently built tool, not an official Norwest Crane Hire or Norwest Personnel system — that's flagged on the first-open screen too.
Plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript — no build step, no framework. PDF generation is handled by jsPDF, loaded from a CDN and cached by the service worker for offline use.

This is a static site with no build step — just serve the folder and open it in a browser:
