fix(content): match feedable fish to cats with rsc

• Sals realm Mar 2005 says raw only?
  

• Classic says all raw except sardine, trout, salmon and tuna
  

Given this info I think its probably best to match Rsc?

RS3 wiki also states this

Because this item cannot be fed to player-owned cats, cannot be fed to Fluffs after the quest, cannot be traded and cannot be reverted back to a raw sardine, it is considered a useless item after the quest and it is recommended that players do not make more.

It may very well be possible that the sites have simply copied the information from the classic side, but have not themselves been checked at all.
