EZSP over TCP does not recover after ConnectionResetError and emits unawaited SerialProtocol.disconnect warning #729

Description

@mtdnet

Summary

When using an EZSP coordinator over TCP, a connection reset from the remote TCP endpoint leaves bellows/ZHA in a non-functional state. The connection loss is detected, but no successful reconnect occurs. Home Assistant still shows the ZHA config entry as loaded, while all Zigbee devices remain unavailable until the Home Assistant Core process is restarted.

This has now been reproduced multiple times.
